Dr. Damon Welch grew up in Winter Haven, FL, attending Winter Haven High School and graduating from Lake Region High School. After graduating from Rollins College, he completed medical school and ophthalmology residency training at the University of Florida. Go Gators! He is happily married to his wife, Christina, who was a captain in the U.S. Air Force and has bravely served multiple tours in Iraq as a search and rescue medical doctor. They have two children. Dr. Damon Welch enjoys spending time outdoors, hunting, fishing, jogging, and working out. He is active in the community and his local church.
