Auburndale, FL (August 2, 2019) Eye Specialists of Mid-Florida held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for their newest location at 202 Magnolia Avenue in Auburndale. The event was attended by doctors and staff from Eye Specialists as well as officials from the City of Auburndale and the Chamber of Commerce.
This will be the 8th location for Eye Specialists of Mid-Florida to better serve the needs of their patients in the area. Their other locations include Winter Haven, Haines City, Clermont, Lake Wales, Sebring, two Lakeland locations with an additional one opening in 2020.
The new clinic will offer routine and medical eye exams, specialty testing, and treatment of ocular diseases, routine and specialty contact lens fittings, and a full-service optical department.
William Sterling, Jr., O.D. has joined the Eye Specialists of Mid-Florida team after successfully running his private practice in the Auburndale community for the past 30 years. He will continue to see his existing patients and new patients at the Eye Specialists of Mid-Florida Auburndale location. Terrance Hafner, O.D. who currently sees patients in the Winter Haven location will start seeing new and existing patients part-time at the Auburndale location. Dr. Sterling and Dr. Hafner are excited to be at this new location.
