Optometrist Stuart Harrell, O.D. has been recognized by the National Keratoconus Foundation as a Top Doc for 2018. He was nominated by his patients and is one of only 13 in the state of Florida and the only eye doctor in Polk County recognized with this distinction. Dr. Harrell works at Eye Specialists of Mid-Florida’s Lakeland Highlands office.
