The new emPower! eyewear uses liquid crystal technology to automatically change the prescription of your glasses. The days of tilting your head to have a better view with your progressive lenses are gone.

Now a simple tilt of your head or a touch to the side of your glasses, and your glasses will add a zone for near vision for you look at your watch, phone or tablet. A second touch and your glasses return to distance and midrange sight.

For even more convenience you can swipe the temple of your glasses and the accelerometer is activated and when you tilt your head down your glasses will change automatically. This technology is the same that cell phones use to rotate their screens.

Standard progressive lenses have a reading zone that's always present, creating blur and distortion whenever you don't require near-vision. emPower!™ Eyewear's electronic reading zone is under your control. So instead of searching for focus, you can search for a great restaurant or club.
